Commercial Manager - Crash Crash, one of the worlds largest motorsports digital media platforms is looking for a Commercial Manager to create and lead the strategy for growth on all platforms. We are looking for an individual with an extraordinary track record of driving commercial success in the motorsports industry. Someone who has established relationships and influence within the biggest sponsors in the paddock be that F1, MotoGP or any other of the major series. This individual will also be very familiar with the media landscape and will be able to to sell a raft of solutions to clients be that Display advertising, social campaigns, branded content etc This role reports into the Commercial Director of CMG Main Accountabilities: Revenue Growth Develop and implement strategies to increase commercial revenues, ensuring sustainable long-term growth. Identify and exploit new market opportunities to lead revenue expansion. Highlight our existing scale (significantly larger than is widely known), and aggressive growth plan across complementary verticals to market, and make commercial partners and agencies more aware of CMG and our competitive position. Market Influence and Agency Relationships: Leverage existing relationships within motorsport to secure strategic partnerships and advantageous deals. Expand our influence within the automotive and sports industries Customer and Partner Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing needs and concerns Build relationships with main clients and partners to foster loyalty and achieve business growth. Innovation Edge: Promote the creation and implementation of strategies that keep us at the forefront of industry trends and advancements. Ensure our offerings meet market demands. Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., Editorial, Development etc) to ensure agreement and support for commercial projects.
